decoration items are made on ordering.

Shipping : The dispatch of little & medium orders will be
world wide via air freight, or via road network
to the following countries: France, Spain, Belgium, Holland,
Germany, Portugal, Switzerland and Italy.
Large orders will be shipped
world wide in container, or via road network to the following
countries: France, Spain, Belgium, Holland, Germany, Portugal,
Switzerland and Italy.

As
our products are handcrafted, a minimum of
difference between ordered model (in our
online
catalogue) and delivered item must be tolerate, specially in
what concerned
prints, coloring & dyeing.
Prints and nuances of colours & tints, are not able to be
reproduced in the most small details. Nevertheless, a 90%
resemblance will be guaranteed. Any small variation
in details of decoration of items will not involve our company's
liability, or be taken as motive to claim merchandise change or
return.
5- Payment: the payment will
be through bank transfer, 50% down payment and
the rest C.O.D (cash on delivery).
6- Our liability is limited at
FOB (free on board) Agadir.
7- Our
indicative time limit for order's delivery is 6 weeks after
receipt of payment. This time limit can be
extended
according the hugeness of
the order.
8- Shipping costs will be
calculated according the hugeness of the order, and will be
listed in our quotation.
9-
Ownership reservation: the transfer of
merchandise ownership
will be suspended until payment of the entirety of order amount.
10- Generally, we settle any
difference amicably, but in case of litigation, only the Agadir
court of commerce is competent.
